淄柴ZC330ZLC/S系列雙燃料發(fā)動機以ZC330系列柴油機為母型機，充分吸收國內外先進技術和設計思想，在保持其良好的動力性、經(jīng)濟性、可靠性等優(yōu)點的基礎上，設計開發(fā)了中速大功率ZC330ZLC/S系列LNG/柴油本質多點噴射雙燃料發(fā)動機。ZC330ZLC/S系列雙燃料發(fā)動機采用本質型設計，天然氣供氣系統(tǒng)在任何情況下機艙均處于狀態(tài)；采用國內準內混式燃氣電控多點噴射技術。發(fā)動機可以根據(jù)實際工況切換工作狀態(tài)，既可以使用LNG雙燃料工作，也可以單獨使用柴油工作。其通過電子控制單元實現(xiàn)燃氣與柴油噴射的比例，使發(fā)動機始終運行在狀態(tài)下，在不影響功率輸出的條件下節(jié)省柴油。部分負荷點燃油替代率可達到85%，滿負荷燃油替代率不低于70%。ZC330ZLC/S系列雙燃料發(fā)動機設計先進、結構合理、性能可靠、自動化程度高、維護方便、低油耗、低排放等優(yōu)點，主要用于LNG運輸船、散貨船用主機或輔機?？蓾M足機旁操縱、遙控操縱及無人機艙的要求。

淄柴雙燃料控制系統(tǒng)簡介

更經(jīng)濟：液化天然氣（LNG）供氣系統(tǒng)：主要由燃氣進氣管組件、波紋雙壁軟管組件、噴射閥組件組成，用來給發(fā)動機提供所需流量和壓力的氣體燃料。

更先進：燃氣控制系統(tǒng)：采用了代表世界海茵茨曼控制器MVC01-24及雙壁結構的燃氣噴射閥Megasol 250，燃氣控制及相關報警控制都滿足了船規(guī)，大大提高了燃氣系統(tǒng)的及發(fā)動機自身保障，這在國內的應用均屬首例。控制系統(tǒng)原理圖如下頁表：

更智能：

電子控制調速系統(tǒng)：采用了調速執(zhí)行器RE2800與控制器的搭配，海茵茨曼電子控制器MVC 01-24輸出0~1A調速信號到RE2800內置電磁線圈，由電磁線圈產(chǎn)生電磁力大小來控制RE2800的輸出供油量大小，進而有效的控制了發(fā)動機的柴油供給，對發(fā)動機燃氣高替代率的實現(xiàn)提供了技術保障。相比較于傳統(tǒng)機械液壓調速器，RE2800電子液壓調速器的扭力大、可靠性高，集成了海茵茨曼電子控制器的優(yōu)勢，調速性能及控制精度屬于比較高水平。調速器現(xiàn)大量應用于MAN的2131機型上，技術成熟可靠。

更可靠：

燃氣進氣系統(tǒng)：燃氣噴射閥采用雙壁管結構。燃氣進氣主管及支管采用雙壁管結構，體積小，安全系數(shù)高。
